Medieval Mayhem Renaissance Faire
Ticket Sales & Refund Policy
All ticket sales for the Medieval Mayhem Renaissance Faire are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you are unable to attend the event for any reason—including illness, travel delays, scheduling conflicts, weather, or other personal circumstances—your ticket purchase will not be refunded.
Patrons who miss their scheduled Knighting Ceremony on the date of their admission will not be eligible for a refund, rescheduling, or credit. Knighting ceremonies are conducted at designated times throughout the event, and it is the responsibility of each ticket holder to arrive in time to participate.
Unused tickets and ticket purchases for missed attendance or missed activities will be considered a charitable contribution to the Mountain of Hope Foundation and will support the Foundation's general fund, helping further its educational and community programs.

Vendor Refund Policy
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Medieval Mayhem Renaissance Faire. We carefully review each vendor application to ensure a diverse and high-quality marketplace for our patrons.Application Fees: Vendor application fees will be fully refunded if an application is not approved for participation in the event.
Vendor Booth Fees: Once a vendor has been notified that their application has been approved and booth fees have been paid, all fees become non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations by the vendor, schedule conflicts, weather conditions, illness, travel delays, or any other reason after approval.
Approved vendor spaces are reserved specifically for each participating business, and cancellations often prevent those spaces from being offered to other vendors in time for the event.
If the event is canceled by the organizers for reasons beyond their control, any credits or other accommodations will be determined at the sole discretion of the event organizers.
By submitting payment for a vendor space, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Vendor Refund Policy.
